                           Adult Programming

Red Hat Readers and Sippers will meet April 1, at 7 p.m. in the library. 

Rabbi Philip M. Posner presents the world's first character cookbook in
Food for Thought, Character and Soul
on Saturday, April 5 at 11 a.m.
in the NCPL Community Room.


Life Story Writing Workshop
will meet on  April 2 and 16.

Ron Elliott, noted Kentucky Author and raconteur, will discuss his new book,
Through the Eyes of Lincoln,
on April 8 at 6:30 in the Community Room.

Mary Todd Lincoln Kentucky Chautauqua will be held Tuesday, April 15 at 6:30 p.m.

 The Evening Book Club will meet Thursday, April 17 from 6-8 p.m. to discuss Bobbie Ann Mason's Clear Springs.   Known for her heartfelt descriptions in novels that ring true to real life,  Bobbie Ann Mason now writes her own memoir weaving together the stories of her grandparents, parents, and her own generation.

 

Young Adult Programming

 Hollywood Monday  is held each Monday at 3:30 p.m.   This program is for students in the 6th through the 12th grade.  Students will need to have a season ticket to attend the movie.  The free tickets can be picked up at the main circulation desk.  Students under the age of 13 will have to have a parent or guardian's  permission signature on the back of the ticket.  The movies shown will be rated either "G" or "PG13."  No "R" rated movies will be shown.

Anime Night will be  held each 2nd Tuesday at 6 p.m.  This program is for teens 13 and up.

Game Nights will be held every Thursday evening.     Tweens  3:30- 5:30 p.m.      YAs  6-8 p.m.
